We will be hosting a 6 course Fall Harvest dinner with wine pairings for each course on Wednesday, October 25thWe will be hosting a 6 course Fall Harvest Wine Tasting Dinner with wine pairings for each course on Wednesday, October 25th.  Champagne and hors d’oeuvres will be served at 6pm with dinner starting at 7pm.  This will be a very intimate, delicious way to enjoy Fall. The cost is $85 per person including all wine pairings listed below.We will have a wine expert to help guide and introduce the wines before each course.

Our Head Chef has created a menu of dishes using the finest Fall produce. You will truly enjoy this seasonal dinner that has been created to tantalize your taste buds. We will serve you a beautiful selection of wines from Chile, France, California and Argentina to accompany your dinner.

Hors D’oeuvres with Champagne

Start off your evening with a chefs selection of hors d’oeuvres:

  • Brie, apple, crostini
  • Smoked salmon pinwheels on cucumber
  • Brushetta crostini
  • Lobster quiche
  • Mushroom & goat cheese crostini
  • Mini rice balls

Crisp Salad – wine: Languedoc Sauvignon Blanc

Once seated enjoy a crisp salad with Belgian endive, friscee, poached shrimp, grapefruit salsa & lemon zest

Duck Spedini – wine: La Palma Chardonnay

Your third course is a duck spedini with brunoise of apple, pear, gooseberries with pea tenders to garnish

Risotto – WINE: Humberto Malbec

We continue with your fourth course comprised of a risotto with Saffron, P.E.I. mussels, roasted cherry tomatoes, malbec

4oz Wild Boar Chops – Wine: Hess Select Cabernet Sauvignon

Your main course is served with potato croquette, boc choy, porchini cabernet demi

Amaretto Eclair – Liquor: Luxardo Amaretto

Finish your Fall Harvest meal with an amaretto eclair served with blackberries.
